β β β β β I've been going to this clinic since 1995...not always, but in case of emergency...not a good clinic, especially the doctor...gave me a wrong antibiotics even when i've already informed her and its stated clearly, with red pen written on my patient card...the charges?? Very very expensive if we compare to other clinics in sunway...the doctor is more to money oriented rather than helping the public!!

β β β β β avoid going to this clinic, its very expensive, went to check in the other day. The doctor charged me RM80 just for flue medication. and trying to sell some of her own vitamin C to me. pretty much useless place to get checked up.

β β β β β Horrendous doctor, no one in the clinic even bother wearing a mask even though during this time of the pandemic. Doctor asked me to take off my mask even before asking what my problem was. Didnβt even bother listening to my current situation before deciding for herself that I was being paranoid. One word: Unprofessional.

β β β β β I went here to get medicine and MC for my diarrhea. The doc scold me because she said that I didn't look like I had diarrhea because I look healthy & I just went there to get MC. How come a professional doc make an accusation like that??!! And then she charge me RM50 and and only give me a charcoal tablet. Worst clinic I've ever went

β β β β β This doctor have attitude issues. As a professional you talk to your patient with finger pointing and talking loudly discussing your patientβs condition where even a lock door can hear.
With this pandemic, sheβs not even wearing a mask while giving consultation. I wondering whether sheβs a qualified doctor. Workout your attitude before you become a doctor

β β β β β My brother in law went to this clinic as he was having fever continuously for 2 days. During temperature taking, the thermometer slipped from the doctor's hand, dropped on floor and break before the doctor had the chance to read the temperature readings. She then scolded my brother and said that it was his fault. How can it be his fault when she was the doctor administering the temperature checking and supposed to be the one handling the thermometer??!! She then continued to scold my brother by saying that he does not have a fever and she knew this from the moment he walked in the consultation room.
This unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable coming from a certified doctor. Every human being have an emotion and could be having a bad day, but as a professional medical personnel, if you cant control your emotions due to a bad day or menopause issue, you should not vent your anger on a sick patient who pays to get his treatment.
On top of that, after being diagnosed as NOT having a fever, the doctor still prescribed him a fever medication. How contradictory is this? What a rip off!
If you want to get a proper treatment, I would suggest to look for other clinic. In this COVID-19 pandemic situation, it is very disappointing knowing that there are still certified doctor who's taking fever lightly and only thinking about their own ego and making money out of patient's visit.

β β β β β My husband went to the clinic because of a fever, there were some other symptoms after the booster, my husband didn't go to work, he was not fine, the doctor was angry with my husband, he said my husband just wanted sick leave, the booster didn't have any symptoms, then there was no one at the counter wear masks, doctors are very arrogant and unprofessional

β β β β β My family doctor, been here since childhood,no issues, kathy is a caring doctor, doctor prescribed abit costly medicine because it is effective and not cheap medicine that you get from panel clinics, she even advised not to visit her clinic after i start work since there are panel clinics
