★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever I experienced. I’m from a medical line as well and I know about handling patients. No proper informations from the counter on how long a patient needs to wait and stuffs. To take blood test for my brother waited almost 2 hours on the first day. Went again the second day pun sama. Reached clinic at 8.40am and came out at 11am. Utk ambik blood test report pun SANGAT LAMBAT. Lagi pun tanya pagi kita call ke utk ambik test report. You see how efficient the stuffs are !!!! Many stuffs but seems to be VERY slow !!! If you’re very sick and willing a treatment on the spot pls don’t go to this clinic. PLEASE UPGRADE THE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re very sick or in a hurry, please don’t ever come to this clinic. There are only 4 patients ahead of me, and I have waited for at least 1.5 hour. First and last visit for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are very sick or emergency until not willing to wait, please dont pay a visit here because the doctor is very DETAILS and PATIENT to serve every single patients and this is the reason here always my first option. Why 4 stars, space to improve. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow service n always have to wait more than 1hour each and every time (2 times just for follow up, cleaning wound after stitched).Total waiting time for the last follow up to unstitched taken me 2 hours. Very unsatisfied n will definitely won't come back. For those who are very sick n emergency and don't wish to spend so much time for waiting. Please consider first before you come.
