★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonder what is the doctor's doing inside when there's no patient in his room. 5 patients are waiting outside. Things can be more efficient when the waiting time (registration, seeing the doctor, waiting for medications) is shortened. You should apply LEAN and SIX SIGMA here.
Was here again May 2020, things are efficient now. Great work doc and staff.
Visited Jan 2022: Friday, called, the nurses said opens at 2pm, but the doctor only came at 3pm. So we waited for nothing, wasting time.
Visited April 2022, stated opens at 8am, but the doc only arrives after 9am. Suggest to call first before going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ definitely would recommend this clinic for any treatment bcs the staff and doctor are friendly and considerate. my treatment is removing earwax, and i still have trouble to hear for three days after put earwax softener. at first i thought he would only recommend me to use it again till i feel better, but i'm glad he asked if i wanted to do ear cleaning so that i would feel better. bcs i really feel uncomfortable to be deaf for both ears ? after all, my earwax is quite big so actually it will be hard for it to clean without putting water pressure into ears. he also so considerate about my aurat and if my treatment membatalkan puasa atau tak sbb dia terlupa tnya awal2 tu so he's checking by listening to ceramah UAI and check through mufti wilayah website regarding it. the price also reasonable for both ears bcs below rm100. i heard from my friend, that he got charged rm90 for one ear. and some clinic charged rm300 for both ears.
