 I think this service attitude is very good! I went to get my stitches removed today because I had ten stitches in my foot. The service attitude of the doctors and nurses is very good! ?????

β β β β β My wife had a very high fever. Before she went to the clinic ,she had checked her temperature it was 40. Then she went to klinik Rahim for the first step unfortunately the clinic was closed..my wife couldn't take it anymore ,she felt like shaking n very weak..she was with my son carrying my baby . U all just imagine a weak women carrying a 9kg baby..went to this clinic and ask for the doctor.but the receptionist refuses to register my wife because she forgot to bring her IC. She ask my wife to go back and take the IC. What an Idiot the receptionist.. Why dont she look after my wife condition first . I was not there that time because im admitted suspect of denggi. She was alone with my baby and just went away with angry ,and weak and crying alone..the she headed to klinik Tanah Melayu her self. For receptionist or any staff of this clinic please be more responsibility for the very sick and weak person.. IC is the last thing u had to care about. People life is the most important thing u should care for the first What a shame.

β β β β β Lousy Lam Wah Ee training nurse HEAD at KK. This was my wife second pregnancy. On the phone, the KK nurse asked us to bring the photocopy of marriage certificate on the first registration day it self. Somehow the day we were here, the training nurse HEAD refused the photocopy and asking the original certificate instead for husband blood HIV test.
PLEASE LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE FIRST BEFORE BE A HEAD.

β β β β β The staff and doctor are so rude. I came because I'm pregnant and got pain. But the first thing the doctor said is i just "ikutkan sangat u punya psychology tu'. I dont bother to come and wait if i didnt feel pain and i had miscarriage experience before. Worst doctor ever.
My bp at that time is so hogh, and the doctor dont even bother to ask. Didnt diagnosed me anything. Dont even check anything. Just prescribe ubat demam. Worst experience.

β β β β β All the Indian lady doctors I met at all KK are very rude. Some more can replied and said I gave you free service, don't complain so much! Are you serious? Free? I pay government income tax every year , okay? Some more you are not working free, you are paid by my income tax! Don't be so rude and arrogant.

β β β β β I'm here today to accompany my husband for his booster shots. His appointment was at 8.30am and we came at 8.10am. After awhile the clinics starts to fill up with people that are getting their booster shots. There were only about 20+ people at about 8.30am when all the vaccination team arrives but the organization and coordination is so chaotic. They just give numbers out randomly without taking into consideration who came first, people are confused as the organization were done haphazardly and the people in charge was shouting was out the numbers/colours code that they handed out randomly earlier. Worst vaccine distribution center ever. .
