β β β β β very friendly and helpful doctor, and she explained my situation very well, the receptionist are very friendly and helpful as well. the environment is comfortable so I don't mind if it's long wait, but surprisingly they called out my name within 15mins,thats very fast and efficient, overall I'm very satisfied with the experience here

β β β β β I want to thank Menara Clinic from the bottom of my heart. Without your great help, my son would not have make it to his flight to SFO.
On Monday, my son was schedule to fly to SFO and had did his PCR test at a clinic nearby. However, he was not aware that the PCR test result must be within 24hrs for US flights which he did at other clinic for 48hrs. At the airport, his result was rejected and asked to do ATK test which is the fastest. We tried to call back the clinic my son went earlier but no answer. Finally, we have to search else where and managed to get Menara clinic. Their service were excellent! There was a long queue but they assisted my son without having to queue and did his ATK immediately. They said can be ready in 45mins but they not only managed to get it ready in 20mins but helped to print out for my son to bring to the airport.
Great staff! Great service!

β β β β β I consulted with Dr Nurlisa Akram, I felt the warmest welcome to the clinic. She treated me with the warmest smile and friendly behaviour. Plus with all the medical explanation and consultation . Now I feel much better after visiting the clinic thank you all.

β β β β β Klinik Menara Penang is the best among others. I went for Covid PCR swab for pre travel. There are 3 different lab that I can choose for this test upon making appointment. Very systematic and staff are very friendly. I can see this clinic having enough staff to work with each other so that the process for work is smooth and fast. Unlike other places that I went before that required long queue even already have an appointment. Thanks again Klinik Menara Penang.

β β β β β I owe a lot to this very good clinic. The staff are very respectful and helpful. I have a flight that needs the PCR before check in but Menara Clinic expedite the result to the lab and presto before the plane close I have my PCR result. The last passenger to arrive!!! Thank you so much Menara Clinic and for the the wonderful staff. Salute u all!!! High recommended!! Bravo for the good job!!! Appreciate what you all did to me!!!

β β β β β - Dr Lisa, who treated my son and daughters is very professional and will explain in to us parents in detail of the diagnosis.
- Front desk staffs are very warm and ensured our registration process went smooth all the time.
- Clinic has a pleasant and comfy atmosphere. Sick people wont feel stressed out visiting and waiting.
I've recommended this particular clinic and attending doctor to my family members and so far, we feel very pleased with our doctor and clinic of choice!

β β β β β Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Nurlisa were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Lisa really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. She combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. Sheβs also an excellent physician specialist. I had a great visit and the doctorβs demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.
