- Scan suhu,
- isi borang,
- ambil nombor,
- serah borang dan nombor anda di kaunter pe.daftaran,
- tunggu nombor di panggil (sila ingat nombor anda sebab nombor hanya 1 salinan sahaja),
- serah pada kaunter saringan,
- tunggu nombor anda di panggil dari bilik pemeriksaan,
Makmal
- serah borang dr kaunter saringan
- tunggu nama anda/nombor anda dipanggil
- dapatkan bekas untuk sampel air kencing/kahak/najis anda
- serah sampel pada makmal
- dapatkan hasil ujian sampel anda
Bilik pemeriksaan
- nyatakan masalah kesihatana anda pada pegawai/doktor yg merawat
- dapatakan resit ubat
- dapatkan tarikh rawatan susulan (jika ada)
Farmasi/ambil ubat
- ambil nombor giliran
- tunggu nombor anda dipanggil
- dapatkan ubat anda dan dengar dengan jelas dan catat jika perlu arahan pemakanan ubat-ubatan anda.

 Outpatient department
Fill out an online appointment first.
- Temperature scan,
- fill the form,
- take the number,
- submit your form and number at the registration counter,
- wait for the number to be called (please remember your number because the number is only 1 copy),
- submit to the screening counter,
- wait for your number to be called from the inspection room,
Lab
- submit the form from the screening counter
- wait for your name / number to be called
- get a container for your urine / phlegm / stool sample
- submit the sample to the laboratory
- get the results of your sample test
Inspection room
- state your health problem to the officer / doctor who treats
- get a medicine receipt
- get follow-up treatment date (if any)
Pharmacy / medication
- take the turn number
- wait for your number to be called
- Get your medicine and listen clearly and take notes if you need your medication instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse yg jaga ibu n anak sebelah petang Di kaunter dalam pada 2/6 kulit gelap2 dan tinggi teramat la biadap bercakap dgn orang. Dah la kita bawak baby yg tak sihat. Disebab kan perangai nurse mcm ni la bole rosak nama klinik beranang. Kalau Awak rasa tak boleh nak layan orang sakit tak perlu kerja klinik. Duduk rumah jaga anak. Macam mana la kerja tapi tak ikhlas pastu gaji bg keluarga makan.
Nurse who takes care of mother and child in the afternoon. At the counter in 2/6 dark skin and very tall, she is rude to talk to people. We brought an unhealthy baby. Because of the nurse's behavior, it can ruin the name of the swimming clinic. If you feel you can't treat sick people, you don't need to work in a clinic. Sitting in a childcare center. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25/6/2021: Dr. Siti Munirah Idrus is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health and addiction to nicotine, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient.
28/6/2021: Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan pegawai farmasi Puan Wani. Penjelasan yang teratur dan jelas tentang cara pengambilan dan penggunaan ubat rawatan ketagihan merokok telah diberikan dengan sabar dan professional. Saya sangat mengalu-alukan mereka yang ingin berhenti merokok supaya mendaftarkan diri di Klinik Kesihatan Beranang untuk Program Jom Berhenti Merokok yang dianjurkan di sana.
12/10/2021: I barely waited to be helped when I checked in at 8:45am, eventhough according to Digital Health (Clinic Appointment Booking) in MySejahtera, stated my appointment is at 10:15am. The nurse at Kaunter 3 (12/10/2021:08:45am) and Dr. Nurliana Lotepi were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Nurliana really took her time to explain my gastritis conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease. I highly recommend Klinik Kesihatan Beranang to anyone looking for a good and quality medical care around this area.

28/6/2021: I am very satisfied with the service of Puan Wani's pharmacy officer. An orderly and clear explanation of how to take and use smoking addiction treatment medication has been given patiently and professionally. I very much welcome those who want to quit smoking to register at the Swimming Health Clinic for the Let's Quit Smoking Program organized there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was very rude to my mother because my mother could not attend last week appointment due to family emergency matter. However we managed to drop by to reschedule the appointment for today. When I asked why is she being rude to my mother... .her answer was...."I'm tired and busy".
How does this help the patient?
I drove all the way from Subang because my mother had no transport to get to the clinic. She is almost 70 and waited for almost 2 hours with low vision and at the end of the day the doc did not bother to provide good medical care for my mother.
