★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never knew the existence of KK Kajang, until I was referred by Hospital Kajang to Kk Bangi and then to KK Kajang. Started medical check-up for Asthma (every 3-4 months) in KK Kajang. My 3rd visit here today and I was checked by Dr Mohd Faarzali who was very helpful and educating me about my asthma condition, asthma diary, trigger points. From the time I scan mysejahtera, to seeing the doctor to getting my medication only took around 45 minutes Excellent service and they have very good frontliners as a whole. Thank you Dr Mohd Faarzali and all frontliners there ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can be patient with the long waits and crowded facilities, this is a place to go for inexpensive quality health care at a government clinic. Parking is grossly inadequate however there is open air car park located just outside. Parking is available for a fee. Be careful not to park illegally on the main road by the roadside as your car might be damaged by the huge lorry trucks going to the nearby quarry.

Dedicated staff will call for attendance reminder in advance too that never have such privilege services fr kerajaan (gov)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is crowded and busy especially morning time. Always expect to see a long queue before the clinic open in the morning (7.30am). Services provided here is fair and good enough. There are 2 main group of patient which are those with chronic disease follow up and parents & children. I always appreciate the free or very minimal spending services provided here. Always learn to be a considerate patient and you will benefit from this win win situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to check for prolonged jaundice of my newborn. Didn't tell me what need to be done like 5 tubes of blood need to be drawn from the veins of the tiny hand. My baby cried until no sound and so hard to calm down due to that, I too emotionally traumatized by it. Atleast give some heads-up for something like this esp first time mum looking at the nurse to wait the blood slowly drip into the tube, the nurse wasn't holding my baby hand firmly when blood withdrawn and the needle moving left right left right while my baby was struggling. Some nurses attitude were really bad, talk like want to scold you or in fierce tone, if can't talk nicely and don't have compassion then don't be a nurse. The Dr also didn't give good explanation of why my baby has prolonged jaundice, tell me everything normal but I see the readings from the blood test result were high and I don't even know if the jaundice is due to breast milk or what, felt being rushed and the Dr can't seem to answer my questions, just do what she wants or needs to do and off you go. Half a day wasted there, rather pay for better service.
