โ โ โ โ โ If your appointment in the morning, then be prepare to wait for quite sometime but that's normal. The one and only thing that really bothers me so much is that the Malaysian flag is at the bottom of the pole and it is damage(ripped) and no staff and nobody even bother to change it? Come on, it is our national flag, our jalur gemilang people! And it is a government building! What will foreigners or the PR who went there say?

Didnt care when u get covid and did not arrange another appointment for u u need to call them and make another appointment yourself

They never answer your call and expect us to come by just for a date of new appointment? donโt be a nurse if you canโt treat your patient nicely ya and dont be so judgy. and also, need to wait hours to see the doctor even your appointment is on 8am lol. But overall, the service is 0 out of 10, the nurse, the environment, the cleanliness. suck.
