★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for the doktors. Very polite. But one of the nurse at the counter very rude. First time coming, its normal for me to ask. But she expect me to know everything. Scoled me because i ask her thing that i dunno. I saw her doin nothing. Not even writing anything, tats y i go ask her. But she scolded me for me not knowing the rule. Means i cant ask her, bcz she is "so bz"... Aiks.even u ask politely oso cant. ? Overall, other nurse very friendly.

Do you know that 40 yrs and above you are allowed to have basic blood test annually. (need to consult the nurse first).
Blood draw is on Every Monday or Wednesday from 8am to 11am (no later than 11am) bcoz the early morning crowd is heavy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff and doctors were friendly and good. but the only thing that i cannot stand is the waiting game. there were not many people there but they kept us waiting under the canopy. it was extremely hot. kids that are on fever for sure their temperature will spike up. pls, do something to make sure the process goes a bit faster. waiting for 2.5 hours just for a name to be called is not acceptable. and need to wait another hour for medicine collection. very hassle.
