β β β β β apa punya nurse laa... semalam aku cuti hantar bini aku checkup diorang kata dtg pukul 8 sahaja untuk buat buku... hari ni bini aku pergi sorang.. aku kerja... anak aku sorang kat rumah baru 2 tahun... dtg pukul 8 sampai pukul 11 tak panggil lagi... weh sama je kalau aku dtg semalam korang daftarkan... nurse ramai ramai dalam tu semua buat apa? sarapan dari pagi sampai balik ke? lembab... ni laa namanya staff kerajaan menyusahkan orang... bad service...
What's wrong with the nurse ... yesterday I sent my wife on leave for a checkup, people said it was only 8 o'clock to make a book ... today my wife went alone .. I work ... my son is alone at home for 2 years ... Come at 8 to 11, don't call again ... it's the same, if I came yesterday, you registered ... there are a lot of nurses in there, what are you doing? breakfast from morning until back to? It's humid ... it's called government staff bothering people ... bad service ...

β β β β β Very attentive nurses and doctor... Expecially nurses inside.. They will keep helping u how to handle your problem.. The only bad is u hv to take time to wait, there are a lot of patients here.

β β β β β Very hot here! No aircond No Fan at waiting area. And nurse work also very slow, only 6 patient but need wait more 1 hours. That is very very very slow cuz have more than 5 nurse inside the room.

β β β β β The facilities, systems and services are fine. Some of the nurses here really have attitude problem - arrogant, treat you as if you owe them something, unfriendly, possibly have mood swings and rude. Few are fast and focused, while some will chit chat and take their own sweet time. There are a few nurses who are nice, always smiling and helpful. Doctors are kind and do their best to help the patient. The wait may be long, but the doctors did their best to be fast. If you want to wait less than 3 hours, you have to be there at 730am, latest. I have been there, started queueing at 6.50am (I couldn't believe I did this!), but for some reasons the nurses were slow and unhelpful, they finally passed me my medical book around 8.30am, and I had to rush upstairs to see the doctor, and prove to the doctor that I came early - it was the nurses who delayed me.
