β β β β β So rude staff in appointment counter. I think if dont like to face many people everyday then dont work at that sections is more better. Jangan menyusahkan pesakit. If patient dont know anything she must teach not talking rude. Very rude behaviour.

β β β β β I like this clinic. Here has playground for kids, so if you bring your kids together you could bring them to the playground while waiting your turn. The services is good, polite and faster. The doctor and nurse so friendly. Farmacy very quick service. No need to wait for long time from registration desk to take the medicine.. Satisfied for this clinic. Well done and keep it up.

β β β β β Nurse arrange the appointment for me to check BP (woman and kids department) and I ask for two time is Jan 1 Public holiday x 2 times. She told me u jusT come they have stand by nurse here. When I reach, security told me is was close today public holiday, and no nurse was here.
Is really made me disappointed they are arrangement and I hope the person in charge can be improved the services.

β β β β β Poor arrangement. Waiting at here at least for 2 hours plus ! And yet the place not crowded at all , why they can take so long time.. Most important saw one of the nurses can play candy crush while taking patient BP !!!

β β β β β The nurse who is responsible for arranging appointments is super rude and lazy. Given an appt but unfortunately the patient is unable to attend, so when the patient requested her to change ( after 30 seconds), she refuse to change just because she has close the appt page from her computer. Other staffs and Dr's are polite, just this particular staff and not the 1st time. It has happened to other patients as well in separate occasion

β β β β β ada aircond. Took my HIV test here, mmg banyk borang tapi nurses and Drs very helpful and friendly. My first time visiting KK and it was pleasant. Parking dalam luar semua ada. Appointment based only which is good so tak crowded dalam tu. One of the nurse took my blood and painless! Sumpah rasa woww! Masa hantr to makmal pun, cepat je! Kena ingat nombor giliran because it will be used across your time there. Thank you KK Sg Chua! β€οΈβ€οΈ

β β β β β I have been put to Bilik Ros visitation for some time. The services in this section have been excellent to date. The team under Dr. Nirmala Devi is superb. I had received calls from her even after 5.00pm to remind me to visit after the PKP longer lapse of visit consultation. I hope to remain perpetually under the care of this section. Should this type of care is given across the board, then it will be a great achievement for the Government Clinic.
