★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic closed at 12pm on Saturday we arrive at 11:30am they chase patient away and say they are closing ask to come on Sunday. It’s ridiculous. Clinic suppose to treat patient and not by asking people to leave. Hope Malaysia Health Minister sees this review. Bad experience. NOT RECOMMENDED TO COME. AND IF YOU ARE DYING DONT COME HERE. THEY WILL ASK YOO TO COME NEXT DAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the nurses and staff here are polite and friendly. But, the doctor who treated my mum is one of the RUDEST doctors I've ever seen. Her name is Dr. T Nisha or Nishi in room 13 this morning. Instead of asking politely for the reference card each patient has, why so rude by sticking out your left hand like begging for money without even saying "A WORD"? Besides, she gave us a deadly stare like she's the best judge ever. Is that what you call a compassionate doctor? I'd bravely say a witch doctor. LMFAO. Also, at the pharmacy there was this Indian lady who served as giving numbers to patients to collect medicines. I must admit we're not allowed to keep the reference card inside the box(which was written clearly). But I didn't see that warning note and I kept it. Then, the lady was telling me off and also another patient for doing it. Come on, we know you're under pressure from your surroundings, but you're not the only one. Sitting there, walking around like a model, checking your phone every a few minutes, does that really stress you out? Didn't your parents ever teach these 2 ladies about courtesy? I reckon their parents FAILED to raise these two UNPROFESSIONAL queen bees. Deeply disappointed. I gave 2 stars as I was satisfied with the service given by the nurse/staff at counter C, J, room 13 and room 22.
Updated: the Malay guy and Chinese at counter D are the worst staff ever. Handing the result to you without even instructing where to go next. Even questioned him about where to go next, the Malay guy started being RUDE. The worst hospital ever...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Others staffs are friendly and nice but the doctor i meet is rude. I'm asking questions and the way you answering to me. Bad service for bad treatment to patient. She doesn't need to be that rude. Thank you for your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service from the staff with professional doctors.. Except Dr. James Lim, not professional n don't even know how to talk with patients.. This guy is a jocker as he responds to ur questions like apek selling fruits in pasar malam, not helpful, need to send him for training.. Anyway rest of them r good

Considered everything was OK. It's just that patience play a very important part.
The experience doctors are in office from 8.00 - 4.30.
