★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I had root canal done by Dr Lyra Lee Juo Pei. Very satisfied with her skill and service. Dr Lee is gentle and careful. Counter and support staff are all very polite and helpful. It's my first time to this clinic. I google from internet. Found this dental clinic very conveniently located near CIQ at JB City Square. Highly recommend Dr Lyra Lee and this dental clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been butchered by a dentist in LDN I have to admit I was not looking forward to having a root canal performed. Lyra Lee was very professional in explaining the procedure and together with her team made it as painless as physically possible for me. I would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my maid for wisdom tooth extraction. Lyra Lee and team was very professional and explained in detail about my maid condition. She is very compassionate in dealing with my maid and the charges are very reasonable too.
The clinic is located at good location inside City Square JB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my decay tooth, filling was badly done and rough my teeth became sensitive since then it's been a week now.

It is 4 months after the filling. Just to update, the rating is still 1 star I would give 0 star if google allowed, I did use floss daily , sometime twice a day, but I can tell and can feel my teeth is not getting any better after the filling and might scare to decay again (I use small mirror and did a self check saw some grey on my teeth, the filling is white colour fyi). Definitely not going to revisit this clinic they are super expensive and not detailed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment for 4 June 2019 via whatapps on 3 June 2019 and got a very fast reply. Was pretty impressed by the quick response. When I visited the dentist today, I was attended to within 5 mins. The scaling and polishing took about 20 mins to complete and Dentist (I think her name is Dr Ang Bi Wei) is very gentle and friendly in explaining all the potential issues I could face in the near future if I do not improve the current ways of brushing, flossing etc. I casually asked her about the retainers and she patiently explained to me the few different types of retainers she could do for me. As I was confused and she has another appointment, she arranged for me to return in 45 mins.
After my return I told her my decision with regards to which retainer I would like to have, she patiently did it for me. What I didn't expect was that it took an hour to do it and I believe she must have missed her lunch since it's already 2pm by then, and all because of me. However she didn't complain at all. Worst part is my retainer has some problem after it's fixed to my teeth as one of my bottom tooths is protruding out, which caused it to bite on the metal behind my tooth. Dentist is very concerned I could face discomfort if this's not resolved. She even propose to remove it and to re-do again, in order to resolve the issue, which I was shocked as it's going to take another hour. Instead I told her not to take up further of her time, thereafter she continue to polish my bottom tooth in order to correct the bite issue. Finally the problem is resolved.
I am really impressed by her professionalism and am very happy with the retainer she's fixed for me. I do not why there are some bad reviews but really I have had the best dental treatment today, and comparatively even better than Singapore! I highly recommend this clinic. :)
