★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to clinic at 8:15am, the parking is full!! Need to park outside hospital, near to main road.
Got cough and sore throat for more than 2 weeks, so I need to go direct to Infection Lane. Luckily, I can met doctor directly after registered since no other people is waiting.
Dr Thenmoli checked me. Quite nice she handled me under my current condition right now. Thank you to both doctors for explaining the procedure (because I want to do full check since I can’t work when sick but need to wait until I consumed all antibiotics first), and understanding my condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking blood sample at the Medical Laboratary section of Klinik Kesihatan Precinct 18 Putrajaya. I arrived at 6.45 a.m., early, other wise you can't get a parking lot at the Klinik. Allowed to enter to register at 7.30. a.m. but the section is only open at 8.00 a.m. Process still a bit slow in the early morning. Queing for number to be called. It's 8.14 a.m and waiting....Can't have breakfast yet because have to fast before blood sample is taken .8.18 a.m. numbers start to be called. OK lah service not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so upset due to non tolerance about appointment date. No flexibility for case by case. As that not purposely change date for appointment for blood withdrawal for my mother. My mother, an elderly and warga EMAS, underlying asthma with dislypidamia disease come for fasting blood glucose 1 day earlier as the next day I cannot bring her due to my daughter admitted to hospital for a few testing(my daughter Oku). My mom need my assistance to bring her for appointment. She already fasting in the morning and I informed the main welcome/ triage for consideration. She totally say no. I ask her to kindly check wth other first. She ask the MA and doctor on registration counter. They say cannot do today (1 day earlier). Today full.Tentative date on 1/10 . OMG, I know but can they please consider and que my mom for blood withdrawal. So need to reschedule blood withdrawal another date wch only available end November, and meeting doctor Appointment on December. Quiet frustrating as to get them by call also bad traffic. Going there and fasting but can't tk blood. Elderly person seating quiet sometimes, waiting theSthe feedback. End up cant. Understood, if that really concrete sop?? No tolerance? but please relook and treat as case basis please. Be humans with facts and policy in balance. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admittance is strictly by appointment basis only. Appointment can be set on Q Med application if there is no doctors appointment slot. This system alleviates crowded situations. Having a wound care dressing at Room 12 Treatment Room. I don't expect an excellent class health care service like Johns Hopkins University Hospital but the treatment was profesionally done. There are times that you are attended by fresh new inexperienced healthcare
personell. If this happens you can expect short cuts such as no chlorohexedine is applied, only Sterile Water and the tied up bandage is done slip short manner. After a while the tied up bandage is loosen and came out. Fresh, new wound care health personell should always seek for guidance from their senior colleagues when attending to wound care and vice versa experienced senior personell should monitor their fresh, new inexperience colleague do the wound procedure. I give the treatment room 12 a 3 star rating only. More improvement can be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to take samples at the Med Lab. I don’t mind the queue (it can take awhile- really long queues) but the service really need to be improved. What’s up with nonchalant attitude, not bothering to look at people while talking, questions were met with snarky remarks. Mam, i know there’s a lot of people but the least you could do is have a little decency.. I don’t expect smiley faces, but reception standard should be met with professionalism and not some rude behavior that is demeaning to the receiving end of the service (especially not at taxpayers’ expense).
