★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my extraction with Dr Faiz and it was painless. Fast system, a pleasant experience overall. Just come early if you dont want to be frustrated with waiting. Bear in mind that they have to attend to many so kudos to the team for the efficient system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, efficient and friendly service!!! Process of registration and blood pressure reading took only a few minutes before called in for surgery despite many patients in queue. Doctor was accurate and precise with adequate surgical tools which took only 10 mins or less to extract tooth. Payment was almost like its free!! Great work, thanks Klinik Pergigian Presint 18!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time went there. Quite late registering around 8.45am. Surprisingly with the amount of people, I managed to see the doctor (Dr. Syahirah if not mistaken) around 11am which was fast IMHO. The doctor and staff nurse attending my throbbing wisdom tooth were very nice and friendly. They did some scaling on my teeth which was not painful at all (as compared to once I went to a private clinic!). Also the staffs at the registration counters are very cordial! Kudos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Suhaila is a very professional and gentle during my treatment, which convinced me to sign the consent to extract my back tooth (bad caries with no function). Alhamdulillah...no pain, really satisfied and thankful to her and the support team plus friendly frontliners in KK18. Keep up your good job!

The receptionist is not very helpful at all. Didn't even bother to assists in booking or giving any advice on the slot availability. Insisted people to dialled the number when you already there for booking the slot. Unlike kk dental presint 9, you can directly book the slot on the spot and they were much more friendly and helpful.
