★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s state 24 hours but it actually not. Doctors are not available frm 3-8am.. Doctor only available at 8am onwards but there is no notice of it.. It’s better to the clinic remove 24 hours board... the staffs acted like CEO of the clinic..

i wasnt sure what it meant by URTI on my medical receipt but when i asked the staff they told me it means fever. then they turned on my back and said "not like if i explain she will understand,"
doctors there need to inspect this matter . she thought i was a foreigner as i asked in english and she mocked me in malay.i just smiled n walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist and clinic assistant is unwelcoming.
The waiting period to consult the doctor is long even though there was less patients.
During the consultation, no proper history taking, no proper physical examination, no vital sign taken.
The consultation was too quick.
The waiting period to take the medication also longer.
The doctor was wearing gloves during the examination and she type in the keyboard with the same hand gloves. Not a good practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is so irresponsible. Doesn’t even care to take blood pressure until ask. Asking why you are worrying not wrong also. I came to visit doctor not to hear this. For doctor to explain what is the issue. If that’s how you answer I can better google it. Same answer only. Better keep farmasi than clinic
