★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic with integrity issue. Incompetent doctor at duty, irresponsible staff.
Came here with my sister (who had chicken pox) yesterday, the doctor unable to diagnose the illness correctly and deducted that my sister only got bacteria infection which caused her sorethroat. I pointed at the blisters and asked the doctor, what caused these blisters. She told us that those are caused by the same bacteria that caused the sorethroat (??). After that, the clinic charged a whopping RM102 for sorethroat/fever meds and lotions. We asked for the purposes of the medicine and then only they removed the uneccessary medicine, reducing the price to RM58.
After back home, my sister's condition worsen and we went to T&C clinic in Len Seng to get second opinion. The T&C doctor told us that my sister actually got chicken pox and not simple sorethroat. He wondered why Klinik Kita doctor unable to see it as it is already DAY 3 symptoms.
Felt cheated, we went back to Klinik Kita to return the medicines in sealed condition (I asked my sister not to take the medicines first because I doubted the doctor) and get refund FOR A COMPLETELY SEALED MEDICINE. But the staff insisted they can't do so.When the staff knew I went for second opinion from another doctor, he even questioned me why did I see second doctor?
DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC as their doctor can't diagnose anything beyond normal flu or fever. Very disappointing performance. If this is how they conduct business, I'll ask my F&F never go to any Klinik Kita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After i told my symptom, the doctor given me medicines. A LOT OF MEDICINES ! he asked me to finish it instead. Okay, i just did whatever the doctor told me, because they are professional right.
BUT the thing is, I didn't get any better and the side effects hit me badly.
After few days, went to specialist. The specialist doctor question me why I ate that much of medicine and no good for my liver ! Please do not give out a lot of medicines and charge highly just because of profit. This is people life and health. I wish i would have gone to the specialist straight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my son for eye pain on 9/2/22 8.30am. It's severe pain on touching his lid with photophobia, no eye redness, no eye discharge. I am a specialist myself and kept quiet. The doctor did not even touch to see exactly where is the pain. He did vision test, handheld funduscopy from far - concluded that everything fine and this is conjunctivitis (without red eye!). I politely say I'm a doctor and requested for referral to ophthal. His voice raised and question me what do I think is the diagnosis? I said it might be the cornea, the lid etc. He argued and ridiculed my request. There's no point arguing with somebody who doesn't know what he's talking about. Referral letter given in the end. Seen ophthal - and lo behold it's a lice (kutu babi/cengkenit) at his lower eyelid! Now tell me what happened if this happens to someone without medical advice, waited for few days - God knows how many anak pinak of that kutu babi will hatch and reside under the eyelid!
The clinic policy of 'No referral letter unless seen by the clinic Dr more than 3 times' is really misleading and should NEVER be practiced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can wait for 6-7 patient more than 1hours time, then ok. Got TV but switch off all the times. Have aircond but not working/switch off for saving electricity.
