★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak mesra pelanggan. Dah sampai depan klinik pun suruh telefon buat temujanji dan minta kebenaran sebelum masuk. S.O.P yang tidak jelas perkara apa yang diikut. Penjaga tidak boleh masuk sedangkan pelawat tidak ramai.
 Not customer friendly. When I arrived in front of the clinic, I asked the phone to make an appointment and ask for permission before entering. S.O.P which is not clear what matters to follow. Guards cannot enter when there are not many visitors.
