★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr didn't want to do a referral letter saying it's not his job to do a referral letter. Then whose job is it? Who else can do a referral letter? You think I can just walk to hospital ask for a endoscopy without referral letter? Argue with him then eventually he do the letter, but all the while mumbling to himself and complaining about it. What kind of attitude is this coming from a doctor. Not like I come ask for MC or do some funny business. Just a normal referral letter also so damn hard to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a medical checkup but the front desk staff was rude. Her voice was so harsh that it was not happy to hear. She also did not show professionalism and did not master the customer-centric very well. The first staff (front desk) asked me to show my MySejahtera profile and asked me to tell my IC number. When I say the numbers one by one, obviously, I’m going to look straight into her eyes. That’s ethics when talking to people. Plus, I intentionally make my voice tone becoming harsh. However, once it was all over, and I put back all my stuff in my bag, she looked at me with her unsatisfied eyes as if to say that she was not happy with my way and my tone. Ooh, so you feel irritated and upset huh? Then, learn from it and don’t do the same to all your customers or patients.
Next, the second staff (doctor’s assistant), asked me how I got that body mass, as if I was deliberately writing it down because I didn’t want to write down the actual weight. Obviously I checked my height and body mass using its tool. Control your voice when talking to the customers/patients, because it is filled with sarcastic tones (perli) and accusing tones (memerli).
Most of the female staff have problems with attitudes, sarcastic tones, lack of work ethic and lack of professionalism. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic to everyone. If the clinic treat customers or patients badly, the Klinik Kita (Desa Pandan) branch, shouldn't be chosen by anyone. We pay for the services, so treat us well. If you can’t, your clinic shouldn't and won’t be our choice.

Comfort keeps me always coming here even though I have moved to another area. Keep it up. Klinik Kita Desa Pandan is the best??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are coming here to get a REFERRAL LETTER... Forget it! They don't even care and bother to help you. The Dr even gave me a misleading info on why she couldn't provide me one. Went to Poliklinik Cahaya Desa Pandan and the Dr issued the referral letter instantly. Now i know its either they are lazy or the Dr is not competent enough.
