★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service they tell me to walk in at 9am then when i went there they was 3 of them eating on the counter asking me to wait for 10.30 bcz they was busy eating. Really advice u to not go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow. Not recommended. Even ur queue can be passed by unknown people that just can walk in and straight into the doctor consultation room. Not sure if these unknown people can register 1st, sleep at home n then can just walk in whenever they want. My worst clinic experience ever.

1) Poor service. In the midst of patients waiting in queue, the doctor took his own time engaging with a sales person. Can't this be done during lunch, after office hours or when no one is around?
2) Receptionists act like they own the place ie they seem more excited ordering their food and chit-chatting with each other rather than attending to the patients.
3) During RMCO, I observed a significant decline in customers (probably because on a normal business day most of their customers are foreign workers). In my years of going to clinics I never had to take a blood test when I have a slight fever but as the doctor recommended it, I reluctantly agreed.
Upon receiving the result, they offered antibiotics via either injection or physical pills. When I refused to take the injection, they told me I should take 2 types of antibiotics instead of 1. When i wanted to only take 1, they didn't allow it.
First of all, what gives you the right to determine whether or not a person's immune system can only react favorably to 2 antibiotics instead of 1? Is it because you want to charge the patients more?
Devastatingly disappointing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend to visit this clinic. I have seen many Doctors over the years and I must say Dr Sivendra is the BEST Doctor I have seen. He doesn't gives you medicine listening to your health issue, but he gives CONFIDENCE that you are well. Medicine may heals our bodies, but his words and assurance heals our mind which accelerates the recovery period.
I have been recommending Dr Sivendra to my families and friends, so far all is satisfied with the service. Dr Sivendra has helped to solve many health issues for myself and family.
Staff at the clinic has been very friendly and supportive. They know me by my name and remembers details of my record. Please call the clinic to check Doctor's timing. In addition, the medicines prescribes to me are super good and works very well with my body.
Please experience the level of service by yourself. Thank you
