★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is always not in Klinik. Always out for drinks. And usually comes back late during lunch time even though Klinik says lunch time is 12 to 2pm. So irresponsible with time. While it is unheard of that normal workers get 2 hours of lunch time, 2 hours lunch doesn't seem to be enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in my life that I met a Doctor and staff that super friendly and cheerful. I bumped into this clinic because I was jogging nearby here and can't help with my unstoppable cough.
Staff ar friendly as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Koo is our family go-to clinic even after we've moved out from TTDI. He is straight-to-the-point, fast and efficient. A few years ago when I was down with what I thought was just a normal viral fever, he told me to get my blood checked for leptospirosis. And true enough, he was right. He practically saved my life then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor takes his own sweet time during lunch hours. The clinic says lunch hour from 12pm to 2pm. At 2.30pm doctor is still not in. This is not the first time. Sometimes even if you visit during operating hours, doctor can be missing and out for "minum". Very poor discipline for a medical professional with no sense of time management.

TTDI to begin with has many clinics, yes, many clinics in the same row or same block which is convenient for most folks.
But once you found one, by accident, which leaves you feeling good and happy meeting with the doctor and the way he advise you on your illness and symptom and also the price that you paid for his consultation, you stick to it.
They are old school, from the floor, the paper ads sticking on their glass window which running out of glue to hang on and the vibe is far behind that their immediate rivals, but this place is like an old kopitiam, you go there for the good coffee and kaya bread, you know its musty and some days the cashier is not greeting you in the best way you expected, but still, you go there and then you meet Dr Koo and he smiles and listens and then explains to you, laugh with you, all seems to make it all feel better.
I would suggest this clinic over others anytime definitely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly the best doctor! Been having a perpetual cold and chest pains the past few months. Previous doctor just kept giving me antihistamines, saying it’s just a cold. Went to see Dr. Koo today and said it could be a sinus infection. Gave me the proper meds and I can finally breathe freely after months of suffering! OMG thank you Dr. Koo! Very good and caring doctor, took his time understanding my ailments and properly diagnose the problem. Highly recommended!
