★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was seen by Dr Navin. Everyone in the office was so inviting. Dr Navin and his team were really professional and caring. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. Definitely recommend this clinic.

1. Took me almost 40mins to complete RTK test with myself alone in the clinic, no other patient in the morning.
2. Only one nurse running the show.
Certificate that they issued was not KKM’s approved format.
3. Charges was well above the normal charges outside other clinics.
Truly full with disappointment!
Wonder why are they still surviving under the current market world now. Very old-school type

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Their charges are well over the rates charged by a GP. N when you ask for breakdown, the doc says they cannot for data protection! When they do give an oral breakdown, it doesnt telly!! Better to go to another clinic!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow I was honestly surprised by the 'integrity' of the service provided by this particular member of the medical community. Non-transparent breakdown of charges that are way way over prices elsewhere. My experience here confirms my suspicion that George Bernard Shaw was right when he said "All professions are conspiracies against the laity".....
