β β β β β Very slow. All clerk who wrkng tht are too rude .they all took all time nt for service to client but they took to talking. Most time at 4pm abv they said black out but they go n close main switch. If like this only this branch n all client hv to suspended tht only tht knw especially they senior so tht only they will learn . No one here hv sense n treat some clients badly.another one things 1 or 2 counter only open but they hv 6 counter i dnt knw wht they doing until close 4 counter. Others branch like setia alam or shah alam give good service than tis branch better close this branch . Lazy clerk only mouth to talk rude but dnt hv hand or leg to doing good work..

β β β β β Went with my dad for his pensions. The security guard was kind to give a chair while waiting outside. The staff was cordial and polite as well.
I understand that during Covid they had to limit seating inside and most people had to wait outside. Thank you BSN
