β β β β β I sent my MacBook Air recently and was met with good service. They responded promptly, and as soon as after inspection, I was given the full diagnosis of what went wrong via whatsapp including pictures, I was explained clearly, and was told what they will do to resolve. The price was reasonable in comparison to other Apple product repair centres. My laptop was fixed within a day. Highly recommend this service especially for malfunctioned Apple products.

Mr Ahmed even gave me a FREE COVER for my macbook. Right2, like you im sceptical at first, why on earth they dont have a facebook or even a website right. But trust me, they are legit. Go on, try them. I recommend 100%.

β β β β β Incredibly grateful and satisfied with my experience here, especially since the process of getting my laptop fixed has been quite daunting for me. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive to my needs, constantly keeping me updated with their progress (via WhatsApp) and explaining the options that I have, such as whether or not I'd like to format my computer, which I greatly appreciate because from experience, most services just wipe out my data even when it wasn't absolutely necessary.
The owner ended up not charging me because he insisted my issue was a very minor fix, I couldn't be happier with their service! I would highly recommend this place if you have issues with your devices, especially Apple products.

He fixed my audio jack issue and cleaned my laptop from top to bottom and I had a great chat whilst he did it in front of me. I highly recommend this place for servicing/repair!

Therefore, they have so many laptops to be repaired already, so repair of your laptop may be not be as fast as you are expeccting. However, Mr.Ahmed's repair skill is really excellent. If you can wait for 3 days or more, I am really recommending this shop to everyone.
