★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot claim based on others name. DIFFICULT till i need come myself to ask for change the receipt name (even person bring my ic at that time) . Not every company have panel bec staff not stay at same area. can claim as long receipt was ur name even for ur husband or children. Talk with Dr myself, Dr still said cannot ur name. just patient name!
