1)service was poor
2) doctor was more interested in watching youtube while checking the patients? work ethics was the least of it
3) was promised original medications, ended with generics
4) nurse was very rude and racist
will never return to the clinic again

But some of the Chinese girl receptionist attitude are very bad, they even didn’t know where their put the medical report, it’s quite a bad experience for me and my family ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is excellent! The CHINESE receptionist is the worst, terrible, disgusting! Playing hand phone and let me standing at there for more than five minutes. And one Malay girl approach me, kind and friendly. The girl with specs is the most arrogant person I ever met! Rude!
She should be fired!
