★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent customer item via city link from selangor but receiver in kluang said that city link kluang ask customer to pick up herself?!!reason being told was that area is not covered.Well i guess u shud inform sender that certain area is not covered so we wont send parcel using ure svc.Poor svc citylink ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls indicates on the website that you only received sender parcel until 5pm instead of 630pm. I purposely rush to your branch to mail my parcel but was told by the staff that they only received sender's parcel before 5pm.

Til 10pm update weather related, so didn't deliver!
Is that how city-link works????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an item online but City-link kluang insisted that I pick it up as my house was 'out-side delivery area'. Funny thing, as poslaju, ninjavan and J&T can deliver to my doorstep just fine. My guess this branch just effing lazy. Don't want to deliver don't open a courier service. Don't worry, I'll be filling a complaint at your HQ.
