★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did pcr covid test 3 days ago. Sampai sekarang result tak sampai. Bila message clinic reply tunggu sebentar pastu tak respond. Where is the professionalism? For covid test, had a bad experience. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my pcr test on 31st aug and i was informed my result will be out in 48hrs. By right I should have received my result but I haven't. I do understand that the clinic staffs are busy and patients are flooded. At least you could put a table at entrance clinic for those who waiting to collect pcr result.....by doing so your staff wouldn't need to update those waiting for results. Due to seriousness, we need the results ASAP, if u promised 48hrs we actually need it on time.....and if possible much earlier. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband did a pcr test here. The result suppose to delivered via WHATSAPPP the next day. After two days no response from them, and we need to drove by ourself there. Took them the whole 10 minutes to find the result. Not one person ya, two person kena pergi cari the result. And turns out my husband positive. Call tak dapat. Boleh jadi punca next kluster. Very not kompeten!
