β β β β β Doctor Hirasyaro is the best one, she always meet with a smile and give proper time to diagnose the root cause, Nursing staff is very friendly, been visiting there since 5 years and so. Highly recommended

β β β β β The doctor was very good very friendly but staff at front counter rude..not even smile.. once i arrive i already told i have done my pre-registration AIA, i repeat twice, then she ask me if i want to see a doctor. Then i said yes (is it my fault for not knowing that she did not hear when i said i done my pre registration AIA??) After consult with doctor she call me and ask me if i want to paid via AIA and i said yes. Suddently her colleague said "dah 2 kali keje" and another girl said to the doctor that i didnt said that i want to use AIA panel. (Then now i know that she did not hear i said about AIA when i was arrive) so i just keep quiet thinking that its okay..just a miscommunication until she give me my medicine without smile and with annoying face and said "lain kali cakap under AIA" so i explained "saya dah cakap awal tadi saya dah buat AIA pre registration (my 1st words come out from my mouth when i arrive) lps tu awk tanya saya saya nak jumpa doktor ke, saya cakap ye" after i explain, dy jeling je i.. I am ok if u said "oh, xdgr" its ok lah, i can said it was a miscommunication..but as a frontdesk staff, u need to learn how u treat your customer..not even smile, i can consider, but blaming ur customer with annoying face is very rude for me.. previous staff was good but today staff was very rude..
