β β β β β Worse experience. Been waited more than 1 hour for doctor arrival to the clinic since 9.30am. Imagine if uncomfortable illness patient how to endure this situation? Impression to the clinic is already so bad before doctor arrival

β β β β β very bad experience with the doctor. A referral letter charged RM200 and classified as medical report, he even responded that "u think doctor just goyang kaki". RM200 was in addition of treatment fees of RM235. In total more than RM400 per visit. Ridiculous.

β β β β β Worst ever clinic in Penang! Never met this kind of clinic staff and doctor before! The clinic is stated open from 8am-10pm. Firstly, the clinic assistant donβt even told me the doctor was not here when I register. After that the assistant told me waiting outside, I was waiting around 15 mins and I came in and asked is the doctor ok to meet and the staff told me the doctor was not here n said heβs on the way coming, asked me to wait 10-15mins again. Okay, I wait. After 15mins I asked is the doctor coming? Asked me to wait another 15mins. Time passed almost nearly one hour, the doctor not even reach then I request to cancel my appointment but the staff told me they cannot cancel my appointment? I was thinking like why? Why cannot cancel my appointment? The staff insist don wan to cancel my appointment, sheβs holding my ic and said already registered cannot cancel. Even on big hospital also can cancel appointment but the only small clinic said cannot cancel?! No logic right!?
The most worst experience is after the doctor is reach and start to shout out and scold loudly to me ( patient)?! And donβt even really help me to see my injured foot and just stand very far and give my some medicine to apply n eat and that cost me RM108?! Please stay away from this clinic ...bad staff bad doctor !!! Otherwise you will become the next victims like me! P/s: when I am waiting almost one hour there..never see any patient walk in ...hmm...just imagine yrself ?

β β β β β Called to make a swab test appointment. The lady said if can come in 10 minutes there is a slot open. So I zoom zoom there. In the end waited 40 minutes for the doctor ?.
The test procedure might not be suitable for everyone. You have to walk with the others to the back alley. The test is done at the back door on a make shift cardboard box used as a table. And when I was there, it started raining ?. Unique experience but might not be everyone's cup of tea.
There is room for improvement but overall I would come back here again (if needed)
