★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a lot of parking space but you still have to scrape parking ticket. The doctors & assistants are good but the assistants sometime ignore people but nonetheless, they are still doing their job. A lot of people during peak hours like lunch time on working days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some might complaints that quite slow, but there are only 2 doctors each ship to serve more than 100 patients, wait for around 15 minutes is good enough already.
What make me feel easy to see the doctor over there is that they are very professional yet the charges very reasonable (good news for the low income group).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible nurse/receptionist. This is one of my workplace panel clinic. The nurse prescribed additional medication which I don't need and tried charging me an extra $30. After I explained that the medication is covered by the company I work for, the nurse took the surplus medication, leaving me with only the required medication while making a snide comment, "If you can't pay no need medicine".
I won't be coming back. Filled a complain to HR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible and rude receptionist. The lady manning the reception counter was absolutely rude. She literally chased me out of the clinic telling me that I can't wait inside the clinic for the doctor to return from break while it wasn't even crowded with me being the only patient and mind you I was complying to the SOPs at all times during the waiting period. Is that even the right way to treat a patient who is obviously ill and needed medical attention. If you didn't want people going to the clinic at a certain time, then mind as well just shut your clinic instead of chasing your patient away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No star given - are all receiptionist try to sabotage Crystal Point Pan Medic reputation...? She has giving extremely rude responding to my wife when we seeking her advise at counter. I urge Crystal Point Pan Medic clinic isn't an option to public for consultation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit for PCR test only since the only panel clinic no need to pay for cost..definitely will not come again. Very worse customer service. Front counter specially the indian lady they act like they are intentionly want to sabotage and put pan medic in bad rating.. Tak sampai hati nak bagi bad rating since chinese lady medical staff who perform PCR test for me are very friendly.. hope pan medic management do something about customer service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and rude receptionist/nurse. I arrived few mins earlier to the clinic and when want asking some question, she just rudely decline to answer because it is not 8am yet. Also, when the clinic phone ring, she also don't want to pick up the call. It could be an emergency.
