Dr Ryan was my physician when I lived in BCH over 10 years ago and I still remember him. Glad to know that the clinic is still here.

Initially visited the clinic for a Full blood count test and the nurse didn’t even understand the test and requested for me to see the doctor personally just to check the price. 2nd incident happened when I wanted to take the report. Called in advanced to check if doctor was around. Nurse replied that doctor is in now and I proceeded to check around what time is the lunch hours to avoid going during that time. The nurse gave me the most absurd answer by saying doctor will be going for lunch anytime when there’s no patient! I then asked so what time will be good for me to come? Again she said “IM NOT SURE.” How does a clinic even operate when you are unable to provide an estimated lunch hour?! I then quickly got ready and left to go to the clinic quickly. Arrived there just to be told that doctor has left for lunch! I’m very very dissatisfied with the standard of service provided by the clinic! Terrible clinic with unprofessional and untrained nurses! Just to set things clear, Dr. Ryan is a good doctor, it’s just the nurses working there. They are absolutely terrible!
