★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the clinic yesterday and this morning due to muscle pain all over my body and also the infected blisters. I was back in Malaysia after one week business trip abroad. Right after touch down I feel my whole body aching and I can’t move or do anything as it is very painful. I can’t even sleep. I went to see Dr early in the morning the next day and was given an MC. I asked for 2 days MC coz I was really in pain but was told to come again the following day which I did. Unfortunately the Dr in charge said it is the policy of the clinic only giving one day MC and he gave me a time slip though I told him I was in pain. I know my body and I know whether I can work or not. What if I met with an accident on my way to work due to my weak and aching body? Is he going to be responsible for tht? What is his concern actually? Do I look like people taking advantage of MC? I am a senior official in my organisation and my integrity remains intact especially in the organisation where Integrity is in our blood. This my second time having bad experience with your clinic this year. First with your rude locum lady Dr which I banned myself and family from seeking treatment whenever she’s on duty. Do I need to change my panel clinic? May be I should. Sadly I’ve been loyal with the clinic for 17 years....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad service from the swab test doc and the counter . please learn how to speak to people properly especially to old people. my mom said the doc very rude and the girl at counter also . i hope u can change the attitude to be more better to other people . we pay for the service not free so give our best service ok.

So don't waste your time to visit there. They will give manh excuses to chase you off.
