β β β β β Was sick and visited this clinic today, staff was excellent but doctor is the down side of this clinic. So I have diarrhea, then he ask me is it chronic, I asked him what is chronic mean, then the doctor answered unprofessionally:"Your English is so good but you don't understand whats chronic mean?!", Seriously???? I am not in a medical field how the hell should I know whats chronic mean! I then asked him to explain to me whats chronic mean, and guess what, he never told me the meaning or even bother to explain. This is the first and the last time I will visit this clinic again. This doctor is so unprofessional and make me felt very stupid.

β β β β β Service by two staff , one free hair and one hijab girl. Both of them are not suitable working there. You imagine sick person coming and then she scolds , how you feel. The place that youre working is more to attention . They sick not just making sick. With a loud voice . Quiet place no patient so for what you making your voice like in jungle . please hire professional staff for yout clinic . I was goes so many clinic before but never see or having like this kind attitude .

β β β β β registration staff is not friendly and seem so lazy even though i just come here early in the morning around 11 am. A hijab lady doctor seem so lazy to diagnose and not advise me well regarding my question. very fast diagnose and not even help me. Feel not reasonable to pay the charges for the bad service by the staff and the doctor.

β β β β β The WORST clinic you can ever go to. Dont ever waste your time here. If I can give it ZERO stars I would.
The front Receptionist is useless. Owner should fire her and replace with someone more friendly and attentive and someone that would actually care for the guests.
My wife came in SICK and wanted to register and that useless counter girl was playing phone and on call then when my wife took a seat due to pain and then when she was called up upon, the useless staff said "ini bukan kedai warong hapsah nak duduk kena panggil" something along those lines and my wife just went out crying in utter frustration and disappointment. This happened today literally within an hour ago. Go investigate.
Can you imagine my disappointment when I heard her tell me all this crying? I expect an action taken. This is something that very well shouldn't be taken lightly as you called yourself an established clinic.
A failure nonetheless.
