β β β β β worst clinic. went here for the 4th time. 1st was long ago. 2nd time was to check my backache doctor didnt do anything neither give consultant. 3rd n the LAST TIME was yesterday n today. doctor was really rude. even threw book and question me to take mc ???? read other reviews from other website also said doctor heres are rude. never coming back!

β β β β β Good indoor ambience as your own home. Clean, neat. You won't feel like patient thoo ?.
The receptionist have to improve in term of their efficiency, even though you came here before this yet you still have to fill up admission form every time. A bit silly.

β β β β β Clinic staff, not helpful at all, not friendly, like People are stressed, no smile. Before entering the clinic I checked the door of the clinic panel for Micare, there was a sign on the door. I went in, I gave the identity card for Registration ok. After the doctor's examination, I was charged RM90 while I had a Micare panel. The staff told me why they did not tell me to use the Panel. I have to pay Cash as well. You feel this helps people or deceives people. Think about it!

β β β β β This is the second time... The first time was already a few months ago. I went there a minute before and the staff said the doctor was not available till 4pm. If there's no doctor, please don't open the klinik. Because the patients come to the clinic for sick consultation and don't give them trouble.
