β β β β β Great experience here, the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The doctor was attentive and definitely accommodating. it is located at the older building of wisma mpl, so a bit secluded which gives u a lot of privacy and less crowd. Which i enjoyed a lot.

β β β β β Worst consultation ever! This kind of events reminds me that I miss developed countries. The doctor gave me gastrit pills, which of course i refused to take, even if I don.t have any digestion issues and that i am sure it is a flu. I told him my throught is on pain while eating or breathing , that i feel muscles pain, lack of concentration, nose problems.. he took my tension, watched my mouth, i can't say throught as he didn't use the tongue thing, and said digestion issue... don't spend your money here, not worthing

β β β β β I visited one week ago. Very pleasant experience. Very friendly and kind lady doctor who explains and prescribes medication accordingly. She even called to follow up to make sure I am ok. Thank you Dr.

β β β β β I asked about a rapid strep test and he βhadnβt heard of it before.. but maybe itβs something new he hasnβt read about yetβ. So didnβt have a very reassuring bedside manner
Told him my throat felt swollen and had trouble swallowing but he simply told me he didnβt think it swollen, which I felt was kind of dismissive... But then he prescribed me 4 different medications anyway
Service was fast because there were no other customers, and receptionist was efficient

β β β β β I would give a 5star for the doctor. I was attended by DrSujitrah. I felt very comfortable sharing my health problem with her.
She advised for some blood test and explained very well.
Thank you very much. Overall satisfied.

β β β β β I'm not even rating this place because they are so rude, aggressive and loud to their patients - including me.
They are totally incompetent in what they do with the Reception Guy ordering the Desk Girl around all the time like she was his slave. The Desk Girl was also rude to customers asking them to constantly put on their masks. (even when they were ALL wearing them)
When I had my pre-flight test, the person administering the test just jammed the cotton bud up my nose so far that it scraped my brain. Then scraped my mouth that my throat got a clean as well - so wreck less, hurtful and could not care about their customer's.
Never have I experienced such BAD customer service in my life. I went elsewhere for more tests.
