★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for information on their treatment and service. The lady on the other end sounded as if she had a grudge on everyone who called. She grunted and simply said no when I asked a question. then hung up the phone when I said it's okay, thank you. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION. (BTW I called on 20/03/19 at 7.25 pm, in case the head of the establishment wants to conduct an investigation)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think no need to go there and waste your time, doctor and staff very roud behavior.
They are sitting there just for collect of money and also just focus on money,
They dont think about patient that die or don't die...
I have been visited there about little bit pregnancy issue and i put out result that the all staff just focus to take patient money... Thanks

But only things the clinic so busy ,the staff still handling patient with politely.. thank you ?highly recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service ever! Takes forever to get update status on test result. Was told (by the doctor) result will be out within 5-7 days, have to called few times after given period (in different days) to check on the status of my lab result. Still, they will not call to inform even they already gotten your lab result. Unprofessional and inconsiderate nurses with rude attitude! Got so agitated when one of the nurses kept on addressing me as “Amoi”. Hello! I am your customer not some “Amoi”! Paid so much for such lousy service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why the nurse need to yell at their customer? Why no manners? I think you can speak like normal person instead of mad person. Even you tired with your job, even you have privacy problem you should know what called 'manners'. Talk nicely while people can tolerance. Hope take this action. I been seeing some review said almost the same things. Thanks. Upgrade your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a worst service ever, definitely not coming back to this so called clinic, not give a proper explanation, charge high, need to deal with bunch of unfriendly staff, especially that one women/aunty staff, I don't know if she is Sabahan or what, tapi bercakap macam takde adab, layan customer dengan muka menyakitkan hati, jawab pun nak taknak and dengan nada yang marah2, if you all look at the reviews, all pointing at the same person, tak tahu kenapa klinik ni nak simpan lagi staff macam ni. Please improve the way you layan customer, customer bayar mahal kot to get a treatment. Not recommended at all.
