Oh my God .. He's slow, he can stare at the counter until he squints .. If your conditions are sick, it's better to look for another clinic .. Registration part pon amik takes almost 30 minutes .. Dasat ..

Very very very slow! Please go to another clinic. Bt PCR now should have speeded up the results, but this clinic, don't wait until the new bruises come out, then call here .. ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. I did my swab test here on Saturday (8/5) and the result will be out probably on Tuesday or Wednesday. They said they will call to inform me on the result but they never did. So, on Friday (15/5) I decided to just come to the clinics and ask for my result. They have the audacity to ask me if I’ve received the call from them. Whatever, I just showed them my receipt and they quickly started to go on the server to retrieve my result. But then I have to wait for like 30mins and they told me that the server were down. They cannot get my result. So, I just wrote down my email and leave. Thankfully, they send me the result after a few hours. Okay, maybe partly it is my fault for not calling them earlier prior to coming to the clinics but supposedly they should be more professional. How come you collect the money from customer and cincai sambil lewa, customers pulak nak kena cri you. Okay done rant. Byeee.
