Good service. The malay lady doctor is caring like a family and knowledgeable. Was recommended by a friend. The staffs also presentable. The waiting time is acceptable for the good consultation and treatment. Overall excellent.

I went there yesterday morning. The doctor is very good at blood taking, unlike other clinics (my 3rd blood test with her so far). Go look for her for smooth blood taking. Very patient answering all my questions. Staffs also nice. Thank you.

Very bad service. I heard from a friend before that changing catheters in this clinic would cause accidents. Now that I have personally experienced it, the staff here really lack professional knowledge

My favourite clinic. Dr Julaikha and Dr Shama are really good. The staffs also nice.

Typical estate settler which practiced lowest kasta management. Very very regret and frustrated when you treat patient like nobody business. Not recommended at ALL to covid patient.

I had a booster appointment here, I waited for more than an hour just to get a rule from them, that they only give a booster shot by a group of 6, they should have told me earlier. When it was my group there are only 2 people, then I need to wait until the other 4 shows up to get the booster. What a rules?!. End up walk in to other clinic as suggested by them. Apparently, once you got a date for booster, you can just walk in to any clinic that provide booster, thanks to the staff there tell me that, but their service need to step up.

CUSTOMER EVALUATION FEEDBACK REPORT I just came at 8.00am. One of SP staff (indian guy) told me that I hv to wait for doctor coming at 9am. Wow...so late doctor wake up in the morning ka??? What I m going to do now? Long waiting ....really wasting my time??? Evaluation : 1) Staff attend to urgency cases ?? 2) Premises location ? but I wonder why management business operation of Restoran SP Care mixed with SP Care clinic ??? 3) Parking ? 3) Staff ? friendly and but a few staff cannot communicate in Bahasa Malaysia clearly. Difficult to understand by customers ??? 4) Proffesionalism - just moderate ? 5) Customer services - moderate ? 6) Others ?
