โ โ โ โ โ Terrible Service and Rude STAFF. Earning money is important but not in such way!!
It was My first time entered to this clinic and would like to request for (Ic copy) document certification.
*I used to certify my document in a pharmacy which was FREE however that day wasnโt open.
So, it happened When I asked the nurse at the counter whether the doctor was willing to certify my document, WITHOUT answering to my question, they URGED me to register at the counter first so that the doctor will answer my question ???
I rejected in the end because I just want to ask a question but they โsecretlyโ want to CHARGE me for a consultation fee without informing me????
Well, I think everyone deserves a fair service. Kinda disappointed on the health service here even though it was located at a modern area Desa Parkcity.
DEFINITELY Will never come to this place again

โ โ โ โ โ I was just checking for a contact number and I was surprised to see a few bad google reviews. Don't usually make reviews but thought I should add my opinions in this case. I have always had excellent service at the clinic. The staff have always been polite and professional. People should also remember that, during this pandemic, the staff are in the front line. They put themselves at risk every day for our benefit.

โ โ โ โ โ The doctor was good but the nurses attitudes were not satisfied. They seems rude in their response. This happened to my wife who brought my son there and myself. For myself, when I called up to to enquire and towards the end, the nurse just hung up after a very impolite response without replied in thank you or welcome. Perhaps they need to go through customer service training and perhaps the owner of the clinic can give prank call to gauge the nurses' attitudes.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Nyanaveelan Mutu is a very good doctor. He listen to all my problem attentively and always offer good solutions and helpful advices. This is one of my go-to clinic now if i fall sick.

โ โ โ โ โ I called them about 3 weeks ago to put my name on waiting list for booster, they said they will call me once they are ready in around 2 weeks.
And now already 3 weeks I did not have any feedback from their clinic, so I try to call them up for already 2 days their line was always BUSY, once I got into the line, they never pick up lol.
In the end, I called O2 clinic at plaza arkadia and got my booster right away on the same day.
Donโt get your booster here, go to O2 clinic at plaza arkadia

โ โ โ โ โ Bunch of lazy nurses and front desk receptionist donโt know anything. Make us waste a lot of time to get booster. Dealing back and forth for a month still cannot confirm a booster when promise me certain day and time then tell me to wait for call. They are very bad at communication. F waste our time going in and out. Learn to properly communicate and speak proper English.

โ โ โ โ โ We made an appointment to see Dr Veelan as he came highly recommended by a friend. My son's first Covid vaccine experience was less than ideal, so we were looking for a patient, caring and kind doctor. We were not disappointed, Dr Veelan, took the time to make our son feel safe and cared for. We can't thank Dr Veelan enough for being such a wonderful doctor.
