β β β β β This is the WORST consultant I ever experienced. I came in because of numerous good reviews. Maybe because I'm unlucky, I went in at night, it's a female doctor's shift.
First of all, when she heard I was in fever she's very scared of me even though I told her that I've done self test. She's not willing to check my throat but in fact, I was having a very bad sore throat. And the sore throat candy that she gave me is not even helping...
If you're so scare, why don't you reject me to come in at first? Just tell me your clinic refuse to consult fever patient due to Covid. As I still need to pay a professional price but not receiving professional service from you !
Second, I told her to check my lower part body and she's seems even impatient and gave non sense reason not to check. I insisted and told her I came here to have checking. Then finally she "check". During the "checking", she stand far away and I'm the one who pointed the infection part to her ?
The whole process, she was impatient, just wanted me to go and saying nonsense thing to my illness. I understand people scare of Covid, but you're a doctor, you should have own SOP to check out your patient and if you're so refusing to do consultation, please just reject me to come in. Cause I still need to pay a high price for your unprofessional service. ?

β β β β β Hate doing this, but felt obliged. Poor customer service. Facts of what happened: went in, 4 nurses chatting away with 2 of them having their phones out and didn't even see me for over a minute. Doctor was cold bordering on rude, no courtesy, no politeness, and was very particular about every small detail and not flexible (even to the point of repeatedly manoeuvering my arm to take blood with my hand exactly how he wanted it on his table, whilst he didn't move). Another doctor glared at me as i was there doing test whilst she was on the phone. Will never go again. Please be better.

β β β β β Had bad experience today with this clinic. The clinic has requested me today morning to come back & sign on the insurance documents which they overlooked to ask during medical check up last Sunday. Went tonight all the way after my working hours. Was asked to sign on another blank document, but I request them to fill in the document prior to my signature. They refused to fill in the document but keep insisted for my signature. After they fail to get my signature on the blank document the staff rudely throw the insurance documents raising voice saying 'dia tak nak sign!' to her colleague. Today night shift staffs need to be educated how to treat ppl visiting their clinic or AIA have to evaluate if their capable being an panel clinic.
