β β β β β Doctors gave out antibiotics left and right as though its no big deal! Got a cold? Take some Augmentin!
The nurses were beyond rude and incompetent when very politely and nicely asking them questions and for help. They hate doing ANY extra work - even pushing a few buttons on the credit card machine was too much work for them.
Awful service - would not come back. 10/10 would not recommend.
Doctors are sometimes somewhat hasty and dismissive too.

β β β β β The previous reviews were correct, the male doctor Devi was hasty, apathetic, prescribing and pushing unnecessary strong antibiotics to patient. No explaination of sickness or advise to get better. But I was warned to go get covid test at somewhere else if I donβt get better after 3 days, donβt get back to his clinic. The whole 2 min process was making patient feel I shouldnβt be there, cause he was interrupted and back to the clinic for consultation. Finally the bill was at exorbitantly high by having locally made lozenges and Clametin, an overly strong and pricy antibiotics that makes me nausea and sick. Wonβt recommend this clinic for a million years.

β β β β β Bad service, fews time coming to get medicine, but doctors always not in the clinic.. And usually klinik always closed, better don't open clinic here.. People coming to get medicine also no mood to come.

β β β β β DONT EVER COME HERE! Should have seen the review before walking into this pathetic clinic ?
1. Bill was sky rocket.
2. The big-sized male Indian doctor has no bedside manners.
3. Pushed to prescribe gastric meds although no history of one - OMG?
4. Pushed for stronger painkillers
5. Pushed for cash payment although I have medical card - fishy rite?
6. (Good for nothing) Receptionist insisted that I'm is not in the insurance system - really?
8. I walked out without paying.
How UNETHICAL is that?

β β β β β Have u met a doctor that refuse to accept patients in need? Yes, u can see one here. I have been coming here for 15 years and this is the first time I've gotten such doctor. I believe she's new, never seen her before. Just because I came in with high fever (during pandemic), they refuse and forced procedures onto me. Even when I requested to check my 15years record, the doctor think she knew better. After lots of argument she finally said she'll do a checkup on me, BUT FOR ONLY 1 MINUTE??! WHAT CONSULTATION AND DIAGNOSIS CAN BE DONE IN THAT SHORT TIME?! Please don't waste your time here, and do not support this clinic.

β β β β β I really should have read the reviews before I came here.
Came here 6 times to do my PCR and out of the 3 times i was told that the lab is CLOSED. I was not given the proper timing as to when I could walk in to do my PCR. They also gave me the wrong timing to walk into the clinic for PCR when they do not conduct it in the evening.
They also told me that the clinic is opened at 9am. Was there at 9.04 am and there are no doctors around to conduct my PCR.
On top of that it is my company's panel clinic. I could not use my medical card to claim other small matters.

β β β β β I was here on 16 April 22 was looking for express PCR Covid test which typically takes 24 hours as I was travelling the next day. The 2 ladies in charge went extra mile to contact the external lab, expedited my samples and produced the results within the same day. They definitely saved my business trip. Thank you ladies !! Keep up the good job.
