★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are ok but the dispenser are super slow. Wait for more then 1 hour to meet the doctor even Im only behind of 7 patient. At times it took almost half an hour waiting for prescription. The environment is very noisy with loud sound from the TV. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad system. Damn slow service. Highly not recommended if you value your time as gold. Receptionist with scarf wasn't being tolerant. Lotsa private clinics around here. Happy exploring other clinics guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped going to Mediviron years ago due to their very slow service & expensive meds even though the Dr was ok. So today i decided to come again for the lady doctor. I waited for 1 hour during my lunch break, went to fetch my son from school and came back, then had to wait for another 1/2 hour and then got very curious why my name was not called when the clinic already stopped taking patient 1 hour ago. The 3 receptionist who were resting on their respective chairs finally get up when i asked for the second time why nobody called my name and told me to come back at 6pm! They said doctor had “emergency” ? WHY oh WHY can’t they just have some courtesy to INFORM me and another patient that waited for hours for the doctor? Mediviron needs to fix this issue, and please train the staffs. To be honest, Klinik Kesihatan Kerajaan Malaysia is way far more efficient even though they had hundreds of patients in a day. Mediviron can’t even handle less than 10 patient at one time ? Bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many things need to improve especially the nurse and receptionist. No greetings while showing unhappy face, very unwelcoming. Very bad system. Damn slow service. Highly not recommended if you value your time as gold. Lastly, please avoid to come to Clinic Mediviron Bandar Seri Permaisuri. Worst service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Registered and waited 1 hour plus and then approach the counter. Was told there are 7 patients in front of my queue. Suggest to have a ticket number to indicate the number of patients waiting so that we can estimate the time and go have a cup of tea and comes back. However, the doctor is very caring and I gives a thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After all, the doctor is okay nice. Other than that, many things need to improve especially the nurse and receptionist. No greetings while showing unhappy face, very unwelcoming. I did a blood screening test and they fail to give me the report even after 3 weeks which it usually takes only 1 week. No follow up yet blame the lab. I worked in the lab before and it doesn't run like this. Alot to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The charge is higher compared to other clinics. The doctor does not ask details enough while consulting the patient. Service is slow, I advice not to visit there if u r in a hurry.
