★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff. Went there to get a medical checkup done, was informed the urine test results will be out on 1/6/2021 and that the clinic will call me. I waited until 12pm but received no calls. Not an issue since there's still time but I then called the clinic just to get an update. The call was answered by someone who spoke in a very rude manner and she asked for my details. I gave her my details and she told me to wait. I waited for 6 minutes with no response. I had to repeatedly check whether the call was actually still on since I didn't hear any sounds from the other end. I ended the call after waiting another 2 minutes. At least have the courtesy to say the results are in or not in yet instead of making patients wait with no responses whatsoever. Not everyone has time to be waiting on call for almost 10 minutes to get a simple update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encountered a very bad Dr this afternoon who is a young chap. He got terribly rude and arrogant attitude. Enable to feel that he was despised on people cos I hv spoken to him in Mandarin at first. Hence I changed to speak English to him after that & can feel he was shocked as I can speak English. It was so humiliating. Hopefully this comment helps & alert the owner on this Dr behaviour in future. Remember respect is to be earned not given. TQ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff. Went for a pre-departure Covid-19 PCR test which I bought the package from AirAsia Health. The clinic didn't recognize the package, refused to accept it and asked me to pay again for the test. I challenged them and managed to talk to one of the doctors. There was no forms or much details taken by the clinics for the test results to be updated later. The staff even said the lab will contact me about the test which was not the case (I contacted the lab to clarify). Worry that there will be mishandling by the clinic, I went to another clinic for the test. And true enough, Klinik Salak never contacted me regarding my test result and even the result did not appear in MySejahtera. I also saw them treating foreign workers/labors quite badly with high-tone voices and making them wait/queue under hot sun for the test. Please avoid this clinic for Covid-19 test at all cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just now, my wife took my son to the clinic to get treatment for a fever, but the India women doctor there didn't pay any attention and didn't check at all. This is way to treat the patient? If anything happen to my son who wants to answer.better close the klinik.if anything happen to my son,confirm I will sue the klinik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meet Dr. Simon Raj for my ear wound minor surgery and weekly cleaning. Doctor did a fantastic job. He was so friendly. The way he handle patients was so humble. For those who seeking any kind of medical treatment, i would highly recommend this clinic and most important do meet Dr.Simon Raj.
