β β β β β Never see Dr. Cheong in this clinic. I brought my mother ages 80+ to this clinic at 11.40am but Dr. Cheong refuses to see her because his lunch hour is 12pm and ask my mum comeback at 1pm. Iβm very disappointed with his character.

β β β β β There are places to sit inside the clinic, but was asked to wait outside the clinic before our turn. With social distancing, inside can still fit like at least 6ppl, but I was not allowed to enter and was asked to wait outside, it doesn't seems logical. If it was not because another clinic nearby was closed, I won't come here also.

β β β β β Average clinic for you to get your usual MC. Told the nurses that I had allergies to a medicine and asked for an alternative medication, but they scolded saying that my allergy isn't recorded in the system, hence my allergy isn't valid. Wow.
