★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what's going on with all the negative reviews here, but my experience here was definitely pleasant. Staffs were helpful and friendly, doctor was cool as well (Dr Chan if not wrong). Plus it's open 24 hours, reasonable rate same as all other Mediviron clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my mom here at almost midnight. She was treated by a Dr. Catherine who was friendly, kind, asked her questions to find out what’s wrong. My mom is elderly which makes her behave childlike - ironic, I know - and the doc was still respectful and layan-ed her. I normally don’t expect good treatment so late at a 24 hr clinic from a locum doctor but she was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, after I taking the AZ booster on 08/01 the next day I feel very uncomfortable muscle pain can't even standing up, so I drop a message to my company for one day MC.About 2pm only I able to move myself to this "klinik" . Than funny thing is I wait for 2hours for nothing, DR said seen you already feel better that no need for MC. Hallo I just need a MC latter is that's very hard for you no empathy at all. I will reserve my right to this case for sure will make a complain to this klinik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Mediviron HQ, please get Sara from Accounting or Mediviron TTDI to reply my email about my salary that was miscalculated by her/him/they as Sara thought I took annual leave on a Public Holiday. Sara has been ignoring my email for more than a month now, with no clarification on the situation.
This is not at all an act of being transparent with your employee, as proudly claimed by Sara. So, do get Sara to reply me with clarification on the issue. What kind of a company not wanting to pay their ex-employee the salary they deserve because of a miscalculation coming from the company's own fault ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor was nice but dispenser was having a bad attitude. Went to the clinic and told them the branch is under panel clinic of my company. I asked her to check. Despite the fact that she didn't manage to trace my company name, she didn't inform me until I was out from consultation room. During medicine dispensing, I was only informed this clinic is no longer collaborating with my company. I asked the dispenser why she did not inform me earlier, shegave an excuse that she could not find me, but throughout the waiting process I just stood right in front of her. Ended up got to pay RM87 for only 3 medicines when I have the chance to travel to other clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Klinik Mediviron Seapark to get my blood test done. Great service from Dr Chan Kim Hong & the staffs. The charges is reasonable & affordable. The waiting time is quite long because of the high patient volume. Nevertheless, I'll visit Dr Chan for consultation & follow up again because she is a very professional, kind & humble doctor.
