โ โ โ โ โ I always come to this clinic get consult from the doctor since the doctor has been treat me since i was a baby. Unfortunately i feel so disappointed to their staff @ reception. Thereโs 3 old ladies. They talking bad about me with loud & clear due i use to question them โwhy you didnโt give an clear instructions what supposedly Iโve to do. Its been a while I didnโt came to have a medical check up, thereโs a few system I didnโt know. So they canโt expect i know what should i do next. Last 2 days i came back to see a doctor, this malay old lady talk bad about me to her another colleague. I feel so angry plus im a patient and they treat like that. What a bad heart she is. But i just sat & keep my ears to what she say detail by detail. I feel so angry but I wonโt humiliate her. To doctor, pls brief your staff on how they should treat a patient nicely. Pls understand โit is your patientโ they should be thank im not shout at them with a bad way.
