β β β β β The worst , take very long time to see dr and get the medication . even tough i was the only patient in the clinic .. very bad service and not welcoming receptionist that makes u feels like I came for free asking for medication. Not recommended

β β β β β Worst experience ever, slow and expensive service as compared to other clinics. Expecting a fast and efficient test like what I have been told but this clinic disappoint me so much. If I have knew it earlier, I will definitely go to government hospital. Thx for the lesson.

β β β β β Old clinic. Slow services. Doctors cannot accept the patients' doubt on their diagnosis. They will raise their voice & you should take their advice w/o further questions. Twice came here & twice we got doctors that raised their voice just because we want to ease our mind of our kids' sickness! NO GIVING ANY STAR but have to give 1 in order to post this review ?

β β β β β By far the worst clinical services u can ever get. First told me to come at 12 then when i came at 12 told me to come around 3pm. Orang sakit la. U think it's easy to come n go ka?

β β β β β This Is my first & last to go Here. The doctor were female with spectacles who is not giving any chances for me to talk or give any comment. You think Im Going to judge you? I Just wanted to speak. Now Im Going to judge you because in my entire life I've Never ever been Charge RM90 for medicines that are not really function to me. I ask the counter why is it so expensive here?? Other branch did not Charge me like this. Mcm ni ke org melayu?? I rasa tk layak nk tolong org Melayu mcm ni. Klinik Cina pun paling mahal rm50 and 2-3 hari dh baik. Semoga berjaya lah Ye dengan duit yg tk berkat tu.

β β β β β Worst experience ever. I only came here because it's 10pm and this is the only clinic that is available at this time. My boyfriend is having G6PD and the female doctor with spec ask us back on what medicine should my boyfriend take. Not professional at all and she is not even dare to give medication. Other than the professionality of the doctor, the receptionist didnt give back IC after registration, and didnt call us to take back IC after days we left IC over there. Will never visit again.

β β β β β This panel clinic were one of the nearest clinic that I could reach out. All staff n services smue mmg okay b4 nie. Unfortunately, TONIGHT I'd bad experience here w/ the male doc (locum doc) The doc didnt check on my blood pressure, body temperature etc as the common doctor doings. I did tell the doc Im having fever, body aches, flu, dizziness n pp. But, he just keep typing on the computer (Probably, patient health report). In the meantime, quite dissappointed w/ him that he abt to mention that "kurangkn ponteng kerja you" as I'm taking my MC today due to my health condition. How could the doc just easy peasy to said like that to his patient!!?? Dear Dr Nav***, Just think b4 you speak with. Watch out w/ ur words. Btw, I also working in frontline (MARKETING BASIS). You may hv respect w/ ur cust first, then the cust will respect you as THE DOCTOR. I hope this clinic will take an action or do some better improvement on services. Tqvm

β β β β β Receptionist is not friendly at all. Receptionist muka like layan nak tak nak. Read the reviews and they said old clinic, ok no wonder cause just look at their toilet ? and terperasan Dr consult dengan patient kat luar je, waiting area? Not in Drβs room?
