β β β β β Nurses are quite professional in explaining case to case conditions and would be able to provide options/advice. I felt comfortable for every single visit with the cares of the nurses. The most important they operate weekends that make me so much flexible as working mummy. Thanks CT.

β β β β β Dr Tan and her team are very professional. I like how they try their very best to resolve my psychological issues (such as: stress, trauma, anxiety etc.) first before any other procedures. And when my psychological issues were being taken into account, turns out that I didn't need so my much medical treatment after all! All staff are friendly, helpful, and informative, even their nurses are professionally trained! We need more clinics like this! β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

β β β β β They set an appointment time for us at 10am but end up we wait for 2 hours there. Consulted Dr. Tan and she just asked us to go for clinical test first, charging us RM100 consultation fees with 1 sentence.
The next round we went to collect report, they still charge us consultation fees again by explaining the test result to us.
End up, we went there for 5-6 times, overall spent more than RM2000+, but they can't provide a solution to my problem. What a bad experience, wasting time and money for nothing. Unprofessional at all. 5 star fees, 1 star service. Low quality.

Ask us to come at 12noon and the nurse said clinic will close by 1pm...after waiting & waiting our turn is 2.30pm.
Wasting our time here. Missing our next appointment and schedule for the whole day.
Please look seriously on the appointment set.

β β β β β There are 2 doctors in this clinics, Dr. Cheong Wai Hoong specialize in paediatric, and Dr. Tan Ee Ping specialize in obstetrics and gynaecology. Recommended to make reservations first and reach there earlier than the time you book because too many patients.

β β β β β Dr Tan is very professional and experienced doctor. I feel very secure and confident under her care.
My doctor recommended me to induce my baby by WK36 plus due to body weight approaching 3kg by ultrasound. Doc insisted that I cannot natural birth if baby continue growing as my height is just 155cm, Max I can natural birth is a 3.3kg baby. I donβt feel comfortable because need injection to strengthen baby lungs before induce. I prefer natural.
Attended Dr Tan free online course before and found it is very informative and trustable therefore decided to get 2nd opinion from Dr Tan.
Dr Tan check my cervical and examine my stomach space. By her experience, my due date would be 10Feb. And it is no problem to natural birth since still got space for baby to grow and cervical is open nicely. End up I deliver my 3.58kg baby boy by 9Feb naturally without induce or C-section. Amazingly accurate.
I feel very thankful to Dr Tan and her teams.
Especially Winnie had give me a lot of advices and help during Iβm under stress. All team members are very passionate and kind.
I would strongly recommend Dr Tan and her teams. They strongly support breast feeding and hypno birthing. You can get many useful info from the teams and the courses.
