Had a pleasant experience with Dr Geetha and her friendly team. I was given a very detailed explanation about my condition and on the treatment provided.

Today is Sunday 4-August-2019, my wife has vomit / fever and I just recovered from fever and diarrhoea. I decided to check anyways for precaution purpose. Both of us received more than 10 packs of medicine per person, 20 packs in total, while some are relevant, some is not, especially for precaution case. The total bill comes up to RM204, RM120 for my wife and RM84 for me, plus there is no insurance coverage for the cards that we have (MiCare or AIA), we have to pay in cash. While I can’t comment much on the medicine at this point of time, the fee and amount of medicine that they prescribed is definitely on the high side. Not recommended. If you may please address one person correctly out of respect, my name is not Wee. Now, to be fair for all parties, lets go specific. My wife has received 10 medicine, and I have received 7 medicine. For my wife: 1. She doesn't complain about stomach pain, but she gets a stomach pain medicine anyways. So, she is not having any pain until now and she is not taking it, and the medicine going to see the trash can. 2. She has running nose, but I don't see her has any sign of coughing. And yes, she gets a cough medicine anyways. 3. Other medicine we can't complain much from medical perspective, but the oral salt and throat gargle liquid is really extra and not cheap. The clinic could have suggested other alternatives. For me: 1. After the doctor seeing my wife, then I went in to see the doctor for my case. I have told the doctor twice, i just want to see for precaution but i'm already feeling ok, I am not even asking for a MC. For that, I get a 7 pack medicine. Yes, not 10 but 7. 2. My wife already mentioned to the doctor that we have panadol at home so she doesn't need it. So when it's my turn, plus i wasn't having fever that time, i still received Panadol in the prescription. This is not wrong, but i think in terms of service level, the doctor could have been able to relate this and leave it out from the prescription. 3. Again, other medicine we can't complain, but for precaution purpose, and again i also get oral salt, is just too much in my opinion. I do not complain about the clinic being not within the panel, don't get me wrong. I have to mention that the clinic is lacking of panel coverage in terms of bring in the context. My point is if the clinic is not in the panel, shouldn't the doctor / clinic side do a better job to help patient to cut down medicine cost and see what is essential and what's not? I have also attached photos for other people references.

Very expensive

I always bring my whole family here for any issues. Best doctor and staff.. Dr.Geetha is really experienced and knows well on how to converse with her patients. Kudos to her and her team.!!

The service of nurse quite bad and no manners. We came at 9pm but they said close, the important thing is my friend is not feeling well
